Questions, answered.
Who is GigTools for?
Anyone who earns a living on stage: comedians, speakers, magicians, musicians, hypnotists, emcees and variety acts, plus the agents, managers and small agencies who book them.
Do I need to install anything?
No. GigTools is a web app that runs in your browser at app.gigtools.net, and it's fully responsive, so it works just as well on your phone backstage as it does on your desktop.
Can I manage more than one act, or a whole team?
Yes. Manage your own act and any others you represent, each with their own profile and public page. Put several acts on one gig, and give teammates the role that fits: owner, admin, agent or assistant.
How do clients sign agreements and pay?
GigTools builds the agreement from your gig details and your own template, and your client signs online. If you connect your own Stripe account, clients can also pay deposits and balances from a link, and the money goes straight to you.
Does it work with Gmail, Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. Connect Google to send client emails from your own Gmail address and keep booked gigs on a GigTools calendar in your Google account, or connect Outlook to keep them in your Microsoft calendar. You can also subscribe to your gigs in Apple, Google or Outlook calendar. See all integrations.
Will GigTools remind me what to do next?
Yes. Your dashboard's Needs attention list shows what's waiting on you, automatic tasks remind you to send agreements, collect balances and follow up on leads, and you can get email or text notifications.
Can I show my calendar and a booking form on my own website?
Yes. Copy the embed code from GigTools and paste it into your site. Your show calendar updates automatically, and booking requests from the form land in your Inquiries.
Can other users, or GigTools, see my clients?
No. Your contacts, clients, gigs and fees are private to your organization, and nothing is shared unless you choose to share it. We never sell your data, never contact your clients, and never use it for any booking business. See Your data stays yours.
How much does GigTools cost?
There's a free plan to get organized, and paid plans for working performers, busy acts and booking agencies, all month to month with a free trial. See pricing for current prices and what each plan includes.
How do I get help?
Search the help center in the app, or send us a message and a real person will get back to you.
